But the glamour is load-bearing — the kitchen and bar have earned national attention, with the venue appearing among Canada’s most acclaimed dining rooms. This is a view restaurant built by people who clearly resent the phrase «view restaurant».

What to Order

Regulars open with the famous cheese toast and a flaming Old Fashioned, prepared with due ceremony. The lobster roll and Major Tots bring playfulness; the roasted duck breast and the Alberta steak program bring gravity. The dessert list is short and confident, and the wine cellar covers both celebration bottles and quiet weeknight glasses.

The Space
