The Concept
Five decades of discipline stand behind every plate: Alberta beef aged no less than twenty-eight days, a house spice blend perfected across generations, and open-flame charbroiling that has never been swapped for anything more convenient. The bar honours the city’s own invention — the Bloody Caesar was born in Calgary, and this house pours it with proprietary pride — alongside Emperor-size martinis and barrel-aged Manhattans. The wine cellar has held a Wine Spectator award for years running.
What to Order
For two, the tableside-carved Chateaubriand; for theatre, the Steak Diane flambéed beside your table. The prime bone-in rib eye anchors the menu, while Steak Neptune adds shrimp and Steak Anthony a lobster tail for the surf-and-turf inclined. Dover sole meunière and Icelandic scampi give the beef a worthy supporting cast, and the classic sides arrive exactly as tradition dictates.
The Space
